Talent Attraction & Acquisition Intern, Central Office, POZNAŃ

 

Role & team overview

 

Join our Talent Attraction & Acquisition Team supporting recruitment for Carlsberg Central Office. We are a team of three recruiters partnering with hiring managers across the business to attract and hire skilled candidates. As our Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, well-organized recruitment processes and a high-quality candidate experience.

 

  

What you’ll be doing

 

In this role, you will support the team with daily recruitment operations, including:

  • Creating and posting job advertisements across platforms
  • Managing candidates in the ATS (scheduling, communication, data updates)
  • Supporting initial CV screening
  • Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Preparing recruitment-related materials and documentation
  • Assisting in organizing and running recruitment activities for our Graduate Program
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks within the TA function

 

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

This position suits you well if you are:

 

  • A student of Psychology, HR Management, or a related field
  • Bringing your first experience in recruitment (agency or in-house internship)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. B2)
  • Effective in communication and able to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week
  • Initiative-taking, structured, and able to handle tight schedules and dynamic tasks
  • Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Someone who enjoys helping coworkers and collaborating on shared goals
