Role overview
Carlsberg is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and we’re seeking a Test Coordinator to support our Source to Pay stream within the S2P ECC Transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global initiative, ensuring the smooth execution of finance-related deliverables.
What you’ll be doing
Test Planning & Strategy

- Developing and maintaining detailed test plans and schedules.
- Ensuring test environments and data are properly prepared.
- Aligning testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.
Coordination & Communication
-
- Acting as the central point of contact for all testing activities.
- Facilitating communication between QA teams, developers, business users, and project managers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define priorities and resolve issues.
Execution & Monitoring

- Overseeing execution of test cases (manual and automated).
- Tracking and reporting on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with testing standards and procedures.
Documentation & Reporting

- Maintaining accurate and complete testing documentation.
- Preparing reports on test results and defect metrics.
Risk & Issue Management

- Identifying and escalating risks or issues impacting testing.
- Supporting defect triage and resolution processes.
What we’re looking for
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in project/test coordination or SAP projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
