Role overview

 

Carlsberg is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and we’re seeking a Test Coordinator to support our Source to Pay stream within the S2P ECC Transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global initiative, ensuring the smooth execution of finance-related deliverables. 

 

What you’ll be doing

Test Planning & Strategy

    • Developing and maintaining detailed test plans and schedules.
    • Ensuring test environments and data are properly prepared.
    • Aligning testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.

Coordination & Communication

    • Acting as the central point of contact for all testing activities.
    • Facilitating communication between QA teams, developers, business users, and project managers.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define priorities and resolve issues.

Execution & Monitoring

    • Overseeing execution of test cases (manual and automated).
    • Tracking and reporting on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics.
    • Ensuring compliance with testing standards and procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintaining accurate and complete testing documentation.
    • Preparing reports on test results and defect metrics.

Risk & Issue Management

    • Identifying and escalating risks or issues impacting testing.
    • Supporting defect triage and resolution processes.

 

What we’re looking for

 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience in project/test coordination or SAP projects is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
