Role overview
Category Services Team, is currently consisting of 16 qualified specialists based in Poznan. Together we provide procurement services for the global and WE countries
We are currently looking for a talented specialist who will add value to the team by assisting global and regional Category Managers with the preparation and and execution of online tenders.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing custom-made online tenders and eAuctions using SAP Ariba and Keelvar tool
- Conducting SAP Ariba, Keelvar trainings for internal users and suppliers
- Managing SAP Ariba, Keelvar accounts, access and approval of internal documentation
- Cooperating closely with Contract Management Team, Global Category Managers and local buyers across Western Europe and Central and Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan)
- Ensuring delivery of highest standard of teamwork and customer service
What we’re looking for
We're looking for a colleague who:
- Has a University Degree
- Communicates (in writing and speaking) in English (min. B2) and Russian (min. A2)
- Has experience with IT tools (preferably SAP ARIBA; Keelvar Excel)
- Has 2 years’ experience in Procurement and/or working with tenders/eAuctions
- Has strong analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is independent and self-motivated
- Is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself
- Moves ideas to action, completes projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda
