We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Apprentice, IT Infrastructure to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist end-users, and participate in IT infrastructure projects and system setup activities. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to a dynamic working environment while developing your technical and problem-solving skills. What you’ll be doing

 

  • Assist in daily IT operations and end-user support.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects and audit analysis.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via helpdesk systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair IT equipment and devices.
  • Assist in setting up new devices, software, and user accounts.
  • Participate in IT projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, any other similar qualification.
  • Preferably skilled in Microsoft Excel & programming.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to commit for 6 months.
  • Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills.
  • High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player.
  • Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient.
  • Comfortable working in beer industry.
