Apprentice, Packaging Operation
We’re looking for motivated and hands‑on individuals to join us as an Apprentice, Packaging Operations. This role gives you real exposure to manufacturing operations, where you’ll work on live projects, solve real problems, and contribute to improving how our packaging lines perform.
It’s a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want a taste of real manufacturing experience and to build practical, on‑the‑ground skills in a fast‑paced production environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive operational improvements by supporting performance tracking and monitoring progress across key initiatives
- Solve real production challenges by identifying root causes of machine or process issues and working with the team to implement solutions
- Improve ways of working by developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen maintenance practices and operational standards
- Turn data into insights to identify trends, highlight gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Support safe and compliant operations by adhering to company policies, including health & safety standards
- Contribute as a team player by supporting team priorities and taking on additional tasks that drive overall business goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum CGPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper (or equivalent)
- Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia to collaborate effectively with different teams
- Available for a minimum of 6 months
- Participation in extracurricular activities or leadership roles is a plus
