We are looking for an Apprentice, People & Culture Business Partnering (P&CBP) to support the P&CBP team in delivering day-to-day People & Culture (P&C) business partnering support to Commercial and Corporate Function stakeholders. This role provides exposure across core P&C processes including performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organisational initiatives, while building foundational P&CBP knowledge and hands-on experience within a dynamic business environment. What you’ll be doing

  • Support day-to-day People & Culture (P&C) business partnering activities and employee initiatives.
  • Assist across key P&C functions including Organizational Development (OD), Talent Acquisition (TA), Performance & Rewards, and P&C Operations.
  • Prepare employee communications, reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and track the progress of key P&C initiatives to ensure timely execution.
  • Support employee engagement activities, including surveys, analysis, and action planning.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support data management within P&C systems.
  • Analyse P&C data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal P&C teams and business stakeholders to deliver shared objectives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee experience and overall P&C effectiveness.

Requirements:

 

  • A fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or equivalent).
  • Able to commit to a 6-month apprenticeship.
  • Strong leadership experience in extracurricular activities.
  • A self-driven, proactive, and resilient individual with a positive attitude.
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfortable handling data, trackers, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Able to consolidate information accurately and identify inconsistencies.
  • Good written communication skills for email drafts, employee communications, and presentation content.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
