Assistant Brand Manager, Somersby & Beyond Beer

We are  looking for a passionate, innovative, and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to join our Somersby & Beyond Beer category. This role is instrumental in optimising and securing longterm brand value, driving brand profitability and volume, and exploring new opportunities for brand growth. What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare annual brand plans and strategies to achieve commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end brand innovation and campaigns, from ideation and conceptualization to launch.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the agreed brand positioning strategy.
  • Execute marketing initiatives that drive brand performance and consumer engagement.
  • Continuously assess and enhance brand positioning in the market.
  • Manage the brand’s marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret market reactions and campaign results.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and external partners (agencies).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand/marketing management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong experience working with advertising and media agencies.
  • Digitally savvy, with strong analytical capability and a good command of numbers.
  • Innovative thinker who loves exploring new ideas and challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer demands.
  • Action-oriented, persistent, and a proactive change driver.
  • Team‑oriented with strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, engaging personality.
  • Computer literate and fluent in English.
