Executive, Distribution
We are looking for a dedicated, detail oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive, Distribution. The role is responsible for managing the distribution of finished goods by effectively planning delivery routes, coordinating shipment schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation. This includes executing daily delivery plans, booking transportation, maintaining precise data entry, and processing stock postings and invoices. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and timely delivery to customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Execute end‑to‑end distribution operations by planning and coordinating the daily delivery schedule to ensure all shipments are dispatched accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Manage goods movement including receiving, issuing, and validating finished goods in accordance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Prepare and maintain shipment documents such as delivery orders, invoices, customs forms, and any regulatory‑required paperwork with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders, proactively tracking outstanding orders and resolving issues to achieve on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Perform SAP postings and system transactions to ensure real‑time accuracy of stock movements, billing, and data records.
- Coordinate duty payment submissions and prepare all related documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Compile distribution KPIs and operational reports, providing visibility on performance, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams such as warehouse, transporters, commercial, and supply planning to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of delivery activities.
- Support amenities and internal deliveries as required, ensuring proper scheduling, documentation, and follow‑through.
- Undertake ad‑hoc tasks or projects in support of business needs and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:
- With a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business / Economics or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel)
