Role overview

Supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuing of materials. This role ensures accurate system postings, proper material handling, and alignment between system records and physical stock. The incumbent will assist in inventory control, Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Order (DO) processing, and daily stock transactions to support production and operational requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials in compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Support stock control activities, including cycle counts, inventory checks, and record updates.
  • Ensure materials are correctly labeled, stored, and handled according to SOPs.
  • Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Support route planning and buffer stock monitoring under supervision.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or line manager.

 

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other similar qualification.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance from supervisors.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and dependable.
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
  • Basic communication and coordination skills.
