Executive, Material Warehouse (12 months contract)

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Executive, Material Warehouse. The role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, and issuing of materials. This role ensures accurate system postings, proper material handling, and alignment between system records and physical stock. The incumbent will assist in inventory control, Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Order (DO) processing, and daily stock transactions to support production and operational requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operations by assisting in the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials in compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Manage goods movement by ensuring materials are correctly labeled, stored, and handled according to established SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Support inventory control through participation in cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and the maintenance of accurate record updates.
• Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Support route planning and buffer stock monitoring under supervision.
• Work closely with internal teams to participate in improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or line manager to support business needs.

• Tech-savvy and process-driven, comfortable with basic computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel).
• Dependable and responsible, taking ownership of tasks, following guidance from supervisors, and ensuring disciplined follow-through.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented, able to stay composed and professional when operational challenges arise.

Requirements:

• With a SPM / STPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel).
