We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Executive, Organisational Development. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing employee development programmes and engagement initiatives that support our people’s growth, strengthening our organisational culture. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure programmes are effectively delivered, aligned with business needs, and create meaningful employee experiences. What you’ll be doing

 

  • Plan and execute learning programmes by managing end-to-end in-house training implementation in line with the learning calendar.
  • Manage external training requests by coordinating end-to-end processes across functions, including vendor liaison and payment processing.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting in the execution of activities driven by People & Culture.
  • Lead engagement projects by facilitating and driving initiatives assigned by the Organisational Development (OD) Lead.
  • Deliver onboarding programmes by planning and executing new employee orientation to ensure a positive employee experience from day one.
  • Maintain learning records and reporting by administering LinkedIn Learning, master learning data, HRDCorp utilisation tracking, and OD-related reports.
  • Facilitate continuous learning initiatives by supporting projects that promote employee development and growth.
  • Drive process improvements by enhancing existing practices and introducing innovative approaches to keep OD initiatives relevant and engaging.
  • Provide additional support by undertaking any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Passionate, resilient, and demonstrates a positive mindset.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
