We are looking for a motivated Internship, Supply Chain Controlling to support the Finance team in analysing and monitoring key supply chain costs. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis and reporting related to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Factory Overhead (FOH), and logistics costs, while also supporting CAPEX documentation, fixed asset management, as well as budgeting and audit-related activities. What you’ll be doing


•    Support monthly financial analysis and reporting for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Factory Overhead (FOH), and logistics costs. 
•    Assist in CAPEX documentation to ensure completeness of supporting records. 
•    Support fixed asset management to ensure proper registration and maintenance of company assets. 
•    Assist in quarterly and annual budgeting processes as well as audit-related activities.

•    A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly. 
•    A detail-oriented individual who ensures accuracy in financial analysis, reports, and documentation. 
•    A proactive learner who demonstrates initiative and a willingness to support various finance and supply chain activities. 
•    A problem-solver with the ability to investigate variances and contribute to continuous improvement. 
•    A candidate with strong Excel skills, including the use of formulas, data analysis, and reporting tools. 
•    A basic understanding of financial and cost accounting, including concepts such as COGS and overhead costs.
•    An interest in financial reporting and data analysis to support business decision-making.
•    Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

 

•    Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. 
•    Minimum CGPA of 3.0, Second Class Upper or equivalent. 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. 
•    Good command of English, both written and spoken.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team. 
•    Able to commit to a 3-months internship
•    Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms such as SAP will be an added advantage.
