Internship Trainee (Packaging Operations)
We’re looking for curious, hands‑on, and driven individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee, Packaging Operations. This is your chance to step into a real production environment, work on actual business challenges, and see how data and decisions come together to drive operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing
- Make real impact by tracking performance metrics and supporting improvement projects across our packaging lines
- Solve problems that matter by identifying root causes of machine or process issues and helping the team fix them
- Improve how things work by developing or enhancing SOPs to strengthen maintenance practices and operational standards
- Turn data into action by analysing trends and recommending ideas that improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum CGPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper (or equivalent)
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to collaborate effectively with the team
- Available for at least 3 months
- Active in extracurriculars / leadership experiences is a plus
