Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and people-focused Sales Force Effectiveness, Manager to join our Value Management & Sales Operations team. This role plays a critical part in elevating sales performance by strengthening capabilities, embedding best-in-class sales practices, and driving a high-performance culture across our sales organisation and distributor network. What you’ll be doing
- Drive overall sales force effectiveness (SFE) by tracking performance, analysing KPIs, and identifying actionable insights
- Lead the design and execution of the Sales Academy, including capability-building programmes for internal and distributor sales teams
- Act as a Master Trainer, delivering training and embedding professional selling skills through coaching and on-the-job development
- Conduct field coaching (On Job Training) to reinforce capabilities and provide feedback to sales leadership
- Govern and optimise sales execution standards across regions, including outlet execution and performance tracking
- Leverage data, tools, and analytics (including AI where applicable) to drive insights-to-action for continuous improvement
- Partner with Sales Managers to monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and enhance performance programs
- Build and strengthen performance management frameworks, including KPIs, incentive schemes, and competency models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and People & Culture to drive alignment and business impact
- Support talent development, succession planning, and initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline and high-performing culture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Force Management, Sales Training, or related roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and best practices
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and capability development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales tools/CRM systems
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- High energy, proactive, and strong problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively
