We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support operational excellence across People & Culture (P&C), Operations and Total Rewards. You will play a key role in managing employee benefits initiatives, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating expatriate and immigration matters while contributing to broader P&C initiatives. What you’ll be doing

 

  • Support employee benefits administration, including flexible benefits, insurance, wellness initiatives, and claims processing.
  • Assist in Total Rewards analysis, market benchmarking, reporting, and reward programme improvement.
  • Coordinate the annual Performance Management cycle, including timelines, calibration, and reporting.
  • Support employee communication and engagement initiatives related to Total Rewards and well-being programmes.
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits records and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and insurers to ensure smooth benefits operations.
  • Manage expatriate immigration processes, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance matters.
  • Monitor expatriate movements and coordinate with project teams and external service providers.
  • Support P&C projects, operational activities, and any additional duties assigned from time to time.

  • Proficient in HRIS administration, Microsoft Excel, and benefits administration processes.
  • Experience in Total Rewards, employee benefits, or HR operations will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant HR working experience, preferably in Total Rewards or related functions.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month contract duration. 
  • Experience in managing expatriates or immigration documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mature, independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Mon – Thurs - 8.15am to 5.00pm
Fri – 8.15am to 4.00pm
