Role Overview
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in bringing NewTech innovations to life at Carlsberg? We are seeking a senior Manager NewTech commercialization & Projects at Group level to drive the commercialization of breakthrough technologies by deploying new equipment from customer onboarding through to final commissioning on site. The role also supports high‑potential innovation projects, shape future NewTech initiatives, and play an active role in the global rollout of New Technology process and equipment standards across production areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supports the NewTech innovation commercialisation by deploying the equipment to our external and internal customers from onboarding the customer until final commissioning at site
- Being an integrated part to deploy the NewTech innovations to external and internal customers from feasibility studies of the potential implementation, via technical clarifications, tendering support, acting as a supplier sparring partner, commissioning at site (I/O & other tests, as well as driving actively the process commissioning’s on site until final defined acceptance test targets have been fulfilled.
- Working close together with the NewTech commercial- as well as the NewTech financial partners
- Actively driving the related equipment facelifts, the process improvements and value engineering agenda within Carlsberg or/and with external partners
- Being a part of the late phases for upcoming NewTech equipment innovations, which are reaching the commercialisation stages.
- Working close as the “Carlsberg NewTech Brewmaster/Techn. Sales Manager” with our customers and their technical departments
Support existing breakthrough projects, which are handled within Carlsberg and have the potential being commercialised in the future
- Working close with the project leaders to support these specific breakthrough projects, in case of support is needed
Being involved of the set-up/definition of current and future NewTech evolutionary projects
- Supporting the pipeline-filling of the upcoming evolutionary breakthrough NewTech projects by sharing existing skills/expertise
- Actively developing ideas for challenging the equipment- and process status quo
Supporting actively the global successful implementation of all defined New Technologies Process- and Equipment Standards x-over the Production areas
- Supporting the Sen. Director NewTech Production in deploying the
- NewTech driven standards to deploying them at the Carlsberg sites in close cooperation with the Group Manufacturing & Engineering Team.

Experience:
- +15 years Operational experience in the FMCG/brewing industry, preferably within Breweries and strong stakeholders skills
- Functional technical experience in Brewing & Processing plus the other areas of a brewery, incl. equipment
- Project management skills & Machine supplier experience would be beneficial
Education: Degree in Brewing
Languages:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
