Role overview

In this role, you will support our Swiss market across purchasing, accounts payable, and accounting processes. Based in Poznań and fully integrated into the Swiss team, you will become a trusted subject matter specialist- advising colleagues, solving day-to-day process challenges, and helping the local business work efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance and training on purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Manage user access and authorizations for purchasing and accounts payable workflows in SAP.
Keep accounting and purchasing content on our intranet accurate, clear, and up to date.
Support the Swiss team with a variety of accounting tasks and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a finance role involving procurement and accounts payable processes.
Fluency in both German and English.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to share ideas and turn them into action.
A strong service orientation and enthusiasm for working across a varied scope of responsibilities.
Confidence using standard business tools such as Microsoft Office; experience with SAP would be an advantage.
