About the Role: As a summer worker in our Carlsberg Excellence team, you’ll play a key role in contributing to continuous improvement within our Supply Chain operations. Our Carlsberg Excellence program is built on Lean principles, and your work will directly support efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity across various departments. Your tasks will include:

• Process mapping to streamline workflows
• Supporting our 5S journey (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
• Standardization and visualization to improve our daily work
• Identification and reporting of losses

This role offers you valuable insights of the FMCG industry and allows you to collaborate across different departments in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ongoing or completed university degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Production)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Visio
• At least basic knowledge of Lean principles
• A driven, curious, and independent worker
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal

Flexible Start Date & Duration: The role is flexible and can start anytime between June and August, depending on the right candidate. The duration of the position is also flexible, so we’re open to discussions on how long you would like to work.
