Finance Analyst

We are looking for a strategic, and communicative Finance Analyst to be responsible for driving the financial agenda and processes in close collaboration with the managers within the organization. The role is located at Carlsberg Sverige Supply Company in Falkenberg, and the position is a maternity leave cover. You are part of the Finance team and report directly to Finance Business Partner. As a Finance Analyst, the main responsibilities include working closely with the Local Supply Chain Leadership Team and functional managers to challenge, support, analyse, and predict costs, savings, and KPIs. The role involves setting the rules for savings calculation, calculating non-recurrent savings, and validating savings monthly.

Additionally, the Finance Analyst coordinates activities between the Controlling and Management teams, leading meetings with cost owners, conducting training in planning tools, and collecting and aggregating results. They also perform variance analysis and provide explanations. The role also includes checking investment paybacks and supporting the organization in larger investment projects.

Job Requirements

• University degree in economics or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Finance Analyst/Business Controller with business support, preferably in a Supply Chain environment.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, analytical, and independent with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
• Driven by making outstanding results and improvements.
• Knowledge and experience with Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data analysis and reporting.
