Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and making everyday technology run smoothly? We're looking for an Onsite IT Support colleague to join our team, a role where your support will make a real difference for our employees and local IT environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of IT availability and stability while coordinating closely with our global IT teams on incident management, change requests, and projects. Your role will include:
- Acting as the daily contact point for our IT related requests and support at the site.
- Supporting local IT environment, applications, devices, and services.
- Providing comprehensive end-user support and support the central IT team on projects/issues.
- Maintenance, life cycle handling and support for meeting rooms, hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes and increase digital adoption through tools like Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Managing incident and service tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Your Scope of Work Includes:
End-User Support:
You will help onboard new employees by setting up devices, accounts, and introducing them to our IT tools. Your daily tasks will include reimaging devices, configuring network access and printers, supporting Microsoft 365 users, and maintaining AV equipment in meeting rooms. You will also manage user password resets, support mobile devices(iOS & Android), and assist with office moves and hardware installations.
Infrastructure & Local Systems:
Your responsibilities also involve maintaining local data rooms, network patching, switch management, and supporting local applications. You will coordinate infrastructure rollouts and participate in global IT meetings to ensure smooth local implementation. Managing lifecycle processes for hardware and software and identifying improvement opportunities will also be part of your role.
Some travel between local market sites may be required.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a structured and proactive individual with a strong customer service mindset and technical expertise. You should have:
- Experience supporting both end users and IT infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management and ITIL-based processes.
- Strong Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Entra ID/InTune, Nexthink, Microsoft 365, and ITSM platforms is an advantage.
