PCM Project Support

We are looking for extra support during the coming months in our Product Change Management department. For the right candidate there’s a good opportunity to continue during the autumn. If you have a background in participating multiple projects simultaneously, then you are the right candidate to work with our project managers to deliver world-class projects at Carlsberg Supply Chain Company in Sweden! 
 
About your role
In your role as Project Lead Support, you are responsible, together with the project manager at Innovation and Brand, for delivering local and selected international New Product Development (NPD) projects. This is an exciting role with various tasks in an international environment with the opportunity to influence large parts of the projects you participate in. Projects may include innovation of new products with associated investments, design changes and/or value optimization of existing product portfolio. 

You are part of a team of 6 colleagues and report to the Product Change Manager. This is a temporary position until end of August with start as soon as possible. For the right candidate there is possibilities to a future career within Carlsberg Group!   

What you will be doing
•    Deliver cost-effective, and on time projects with high quality, in line Carlsberg's defined processes and Gate model.
•    As a Project Lead Support you are involved from the early conception stage and act as "spider in the web" with the Swedish commercial team, Supply Company, and other Carlsberg markets, from the initializing the ideas to the end-result product.
•    You will be coordinating all the Supply Chain activities according to the project plan, including test runs, master data setup, cooperation with operation, procurement, Planning, quality department and suppliers.

What we are looking for
•    A university education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain or Business Administration. 
•    Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams and projects as well as with complex material flows.
•    You have a great understanding of business, knowledge about stakeholder management at various levels, and excellent influence and communication skills 
•    Have good computer skills.
•    It is advantageous if you have worked in SAP and MS Projects or similar before, but not a requirement. 
•    Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement. 

In short, you are a self-driven and dedicated team player with a structured approach. We are looking for those who can act with incredibly excellent communication skills. To achieve success as a project lead support, you are proactive in your actions and are driven by developing and improving.
