Process Engineer - Information Systems Management

As Process Engineer with a focus on Systems Information Management, you will be responsible for:
- Continuous improvements to reach efficiency and quality in all processes related to all our information systems,
- Keeping different systems, ERP, MES, etc up to date with necessary information and finding ways to streamline these processes,
- Supporting the analysis of line performance by making data from different systems available in accessible formats and scope,
- Making data accessible and actionable by visualizing it for different levels in the organization,
- Supporting managers and operators in the process of developing and updating training materials as well as follow up and communicate ongoing initiatives/improvement projects (documentation/ visualization) for the relevant stakeholders,
- Driving technical troubleshooting & creating standards /training instructions,
The Packaging Department is responsible for the operation of our final product packaging and process development. Our Process engineers are working in a regional network with colleagues in other neighboring countries. This position reports to the Packaging Director and the position is located in Falkenberg.
What we wish from you
- Engineer with a background in systems information management, or mechanical, chemical, electrical, or food technologies, with extensive experience of information systems management
- Experience from working with SAP, Power BI, ME and WM systems, and other systems frequently used in manufacturing environments,
- Experience from working with continuous improvement and Lean/TPM
- Analytical, practical, and capable of seeing the bigger picture while being hands-on
- Strong networking skills and an operational "doer" mentality
- Results-oriented, quality-conscious, with a high work capacity and initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Swedish, English, and the MS Office package.
