Brand Manager
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to make a meaningful impact on both global and local brands, we are seeking a Brand Manager to lead the future of Carlsberg Sverige’s Cider & RTD portfolio.
In this role, you will drive the growth and evolution of our brands, including global brands like Somersby and Garage, as well as local like Cocktail Collective, ensuring they remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with both global and local strategies.
You will analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine and adapt brand strategies in a dynamic, ever-evolving industry. By overseeing impactful marketing campaigns, product innovations, and activations, you will strengthen our market position while identifying new opportunities to refresh and expand our product portfolio. Additionally, you will strategically manage budgets and investments to ensure resources are optimized for maximum brand growth and impact. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners, to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who holds a university degree in Business Management or a related field. You have proven experience (2-4 years) in brand building, communication strategies and brand innovation, ideally within the beverage or FMCG sector.
To succeed in the role, you need to have experience in managing and driving projects, with a strong sense of ownership, allowing you to independently develop and move the category forward. You are a strong communicator fluent in English and Swedish both written and verbal with excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in product activation, agency collaboration, and media strategy.
You have experience working with a product and project portfolio of moderate complexity and managing the marketing budget for owned brands and delivering results aligned with the business P&L and ensuring cross-functional alignment with a strong focus on growth.
