Business Development Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and leading cross-functional initiatives? As our Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping and implementing our business strategy.
You will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic agenda by translating it into clear, actionable targets (9-GRID). You will be accountable for the full lifecycle of project delivery: planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, and evaluation. This includes ensuring accurate project documentation, managing both internal and external resources, continuously improving routines and project management system and ensure structured follow-up on execution, and track progress across the organization.
You will also maintain a forward-looking overview of development needs by building and managing a relevant project pipeline, and work closely with the Managing Director and functional leadership, to align on priorities. The role also includes leading key cross-functional projects with a strategic impact—ranging from improving Supply Chain – Commercial processes to evaluating growth opportunities in new categories.
What We’re Looking For
You are a structured and proactive professional with a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results. You communicate clearly and confidently, helping teams align around shared goals while managing input from a wide range of stakeholders. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment and enjoy coordinating across functions to deliver strategic outcomes.
- You have 4–8 years of experience in roles such as project manager, business developer, or similar, ideally within FMCG or a comparable industry
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
