Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving category growth through insights and collaboration? We are looking for a Category Manager to lead category strategy and development within the Off Trade channel. You will play a key role in aligning category, customer, and shopper needs to support long-term business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

As Category Manager, you will lead the long-term growth strategy for your categories in the Off Trade channel. Using shopper, market, and consumer insights, you’ll identify opportunities and guide both short- and long-term actions that contribute to the overall Off Trade 3-year strategy. You’ll work closely with customers to align on joint business plans and drive growth through assortment planning, space management, and category initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for market and category analysis, leading the IB-process, tracking NPD performance, you will collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and bring customer and channel perspectives into strategic discussions. You will also represent the company in external meetings, customer presentations, and industry forums.

 

Qualifications

You are a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of the B2C and FMCG market. You take initiative, work independently, and are driven by delivering results. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional environments. You are insight-driven, customer-focused, and pay close attention to detail.

  • Academic degree in Business or relevant vocational training.
  • 3+ years in a Category Management or Key Account Management role.
  • 2+ years' experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
  • Proven track record in customer collaboration and leading category projects.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with a high proficiency in Nielsen, GfK, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication in both Swedish and English.
  • Familiarity with the ECR process is a plus.
