Are you a Demand Planner with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in developing modern, data-driven forecasting processes? At Carlsberg Sweden, we have recently implemented a new forecasting system, OnePlan (Maestro), and during 2026 we are taking the next step by increasing the use of statistical forecasting models and further strengthening our S&OP process. To support this development, we are now strengthening our team with a Demand Planner.

What you’ll be doing

As a Demand Planner at Carlsberg Sweden, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our demand planning process. Your main responsibilities will include:

Forecasting & Analytics:

  • Own and develop the demand forecast for a defined product portfolio.
  • Analyze demand patterns, trends, and forecast deviations to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Work increasingly with statistical forecasts and model-based planning, combining data-driven insights with market intelligence.

S&OP & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Drive the demand planning and S&OP process for your portfolio, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Facilitate consensus-based forecasts and translate market insights into robust demand plans.
  • Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities in a clear and structured way.

Supply Chain Integration:

  • Act as a key interface between the Local Commercial Company and the Local Supply Company.
  • Ensure that demand plans support service level targets, inventory optimization, and efficient supply chain execution.

System & Process Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and adoption of OnePlan, supporting improved use of system capabilities and more standardized, robust planning processes.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • A university degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, preferably within Supply Chain.
  • Practical experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to use data and system support as a basis for discussion and decision‑making – without getting stuck in details.
  • A proactive, improvement‑oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ways of working in close dialogue with business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and create alignment across functions.
  • Comfortable taking initiative, driving meetings, and acting as a point of contact between Demand Planning and the business.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; Swedish is preferred.

The application deadline is March 20. We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the deadline, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Please note that we do not accept applications via email due to GDPR compliance.

We look forward to receiving your application!
