Junior Project Manager
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Innovation team, focusing on leading mainly packaging related projects. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of innovation projects, from initiation through to successful implementation. Your primary responsibility will be managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
As a project lead, you will work closely with teams across various departments, including PCM, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Procurement. You will also engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and the Innovation Board, ensuring smooth communication and decision-making throughout the process. Your focus will be on managing operational and tactical project aspects, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will act as a process owner, maintaining ownership over time management and delivery. A general understanding of various packaging solutions will be essential in delivering successful results.
The role is a 12-month fixed-term position.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Academic degree in relevant field.
- Previous project management experience, ideally within innovation, packaging, or related industries.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive outcomes.
- Structured, organized, and capable of managing a semi-complex project portfolio with multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Excellent influencing, presentation, and communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-leadership and a conceptual mindset, with the ability to lead projects independently.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with a growth-focused approach.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and verbal).
