Value Management Director
We are looking for an experienced Value Management Director to join our team at Carlsberg Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Value Management Director, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the company’s VM agenda across all strategic commercial areas. In this senior leadership role, you will own the development and execution of commercial plans, including assortment, pricing, and promotion. You will be responsible for leading and developing the VM team, driving local capability building through targeted training and supporting the effective onboarding of VM tools to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with key functions to optimize initiatives, such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, ensuring effective execution and tracking progress. Additionally, you will lead efforts to improve the cost of goods sold (COGS) and guide a dedicated team focused on enhancing the overall value chain.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive organizational change. You should have a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of commercial dynamics, enabling you to influence stakeholders and deliver results across multiple functions. Your project management skills will be critical for coordinating end-to-end VM initiatives while balancing internal priorities such as Sales, Revenue, and GPaL margin objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical and business development roles.
- Proficient in the use of analytical tools, with advanced Excel skills as a minimum.
- Extensive experience in cross-channel and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced academic qualifications, preferably a Master's degree.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in FMCG or a comparable industry.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.
