At Carlsberg, every graduate programme includes several rotations. Giving you the opportunity to experience different areas and disciplines within the departments. You will meet a lot of brilliant colleagues who will take part in your personal and professional development.

The first months is an exciting time where you will learn a lot, meet a bunch of new people from all around the business, be shown around at the Carlsberg campus, and acquire knowledge about our most important process - brewing beer.

The onboarding activities will give you a chance to build a strong network with graduates from other tracks since you will spend a lot of time on learning activities and social events together.

We think highly of our graduates and therefore, you should have equally high expectations and be prepared to be given important tasks and responsibility early on.

FINANCE GRADUATE PROGRAMME

With three rotations within a multinational finance function, one of them being in one of our markets, you will expose successful applicants to areas of accounting, financial planning and management reporting. During your 6 months rotation abroad, you'll get the chance to contribute to the running of a local market company.

DIGITAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Based in our Copenhagen Central Office, the Digital Graduate Programme offers the chance to help pave the way for the Carlsberg Group's digital transformation and get hands-on experience learning what it takes to enable high performance in a multinational company with more than 40,000 employees.

INTEGRATED SUPPLY CHAIN GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Our Integrated Supply Chain Graduate Programme aims to give you exposure to the full end-to-end supply chain spectrum. You'll spend the first year in our Ziegelbrucke office in Switzerland, and the second in locations where we have an operation. Once the programme opens for applications, the link will appear on this page.

    As a Supply Chain Graduate in Carlsberg Denmark, you will get a deep understanding of the entire value chain. You'll rotate in different positions across functions and business units. You'll also be paired with a mentor from the Danish leadership team to guide you.

    Based in Copenhagen, the programme takes you through four different roles in the commercial areas: channel development, in-store strategy & performance, brand marketing and our supply chain. Your mentor from the Danish leadership team will be your guide through the programme.
